PROCHINOR ®

PROCHINOR®  are demulsifiers / emulsion breakers and desalting additives used to separate water from crude oil and meet the BS&W and salinity specifications, as well as separated water quality requirements. PROCHINOR demulsifiers offer an optimum treatment of emulsions whatever the crude oil characteristics and process conditions are: paraffinic, asphaltenic and naphtenic crudes, low temperature, short processing and storage times etc.

PROCHINOR ®AM
PROCHINOR ®AM are antifoam / defoamer additives. They prevent or cure foam formation in crude oil processing and storage facilities, and in gas and water treatment facilities.

PROCHINOR ®AP
PROCHINOR ®AP are used to control problems caused by the presence of paraffin / wax in crude oils and condensates. 

There are three categories of PROCHINOR AP:

• flow improvers which reduce the viscosity of waxy crudes / condensates.
• pour point depressants (PPD) which  lower the pour point to avoid  gelling of the crude oil / condensate in production, processing, storage and transportation facilities and/or meet export pour point specifications.
• paraffin deposition inhibitors / dispersants to prevent paraffin deposit formation in production, processing, storage and transportation facilities.

PROCHINOR ® DA
PROCHINOR DA  are used to control problems caused by the presence of asphaltenes in crude oils.
There are two categories of PROCHINOR DA:
- flow improvers which reduce the viscosity of asphaltenic crudes
- asphaltene deposition inhibitors / dispersants to prevent asphaltene deposit formation in production facilities.

PROCHINOR ® FL
PROCHINOR FL are coagulants, flocculants, and reverse emulsion breakers used to enhance  various water treatment processes and meet water quality specifications. They have three main applications in the oil and gas production sector:
- deoilers / reverse emulsion breakers to clarify produced and process waters.
- additives for produced water treatment facilities (hydrocyclones, API basin, separators, flotation units…)
- filter aids to improve the clarification and filtration process of injection waters

PROCHINOR SOL
PROCHINOR SOL  are solvents and / or surfactants based products used in various applications such as paraffin / wax and asphaltene solvents to remove deposits formed in oil  production, processing , storage and transportation facilities.Industrial cleaning  (offshore platforms, process equipments…)
