Natural and industrial gas.

A major player in the cryogenic insulation technique using expanded perlite, CECA enjoys an extensive presence in Europe and Africa, while also expanding its operations on the American continent.

Diagnosis, consultancy, perlite supply, technical proposals for cryogenic insulation, and the provision of related technical services are all part of the comprehensive expertise developed by CECA for over 40 years in the field of cryogenic insulation.

CECA’s teams specialise in customised on-site insulation of tanks for liquefied gas - hydrocarbons (LNG) - and gases of air (cold boxes: nitrogen, oxygen), as well as methane-propane gas carriers, using expanded perlite.

CECA boasts high-performance equipment, including mobile perlite expansion furnaces which allow its expert teams to operate directly on site alongside the tanks to be insulated, also ensuring coordination with its customers at all times.
The properties of CECAPERL ® perlite make it an ideal cryogenic insulating material. Perlite expanded on site using mobile plant is checked regularly to ensure that its parameters are within specification.
