Storable open graded cold mix [Enrobé Ouvert à Froid Stockable - EOFS] is a cationic bitumen emulsion mix with 60 or 65% of a C65BF3 type bituminous binder, and a 2/4 or 4/6 or even 2/6 aggregate class. The bitumen used is 160/200 or 70/100 with a smaller or greater amount of flux depending on the storability period, and the residual binder content of this mix is under 5 %.
